This pricing includes the delivery fee, pickup fee, taxes,1 ton of dump fees and rental period into one convenient package. Things do at times cost additional like if the dumpster weighs more than 1 ton. Some items do cost additional fees such as refrigerators, stoves, washing machines and other appliances. We do give you these costs upfront in our agreement that we send to you before your rental is paid for. For some commercial customers we go with a drop-pull style of pricing. This pricing only includes the cost of the drop fee and delivery fee then the weight of the dumpster is paid afterwards.
3. Availability: When you book your dumpster with us we let you know what our availability is or a company that we work closely with. We are not a large dumpster broker that does not have our own cans! When you reserve a rental with us it will be delivered unless there is mechanical issues with the truck or trailer or we cannot due to the weather. With the large brokers you have to look our for the fine print that says " Prices and availability are subject to change without notice." For a dumpster rental we will not change the price on your after your have paid and reserved your rental without notice. We're are not even sure of what a reason would be for us to change the price on your after you have already paid but we cannot say a circumstance will not arise ever but again it will never be without notice.
