At Lancaster Dumpster Rentals, we understand the importance of communication and convenience when it comes to dumpster rentals. That's why we offer a variety of ways for you to get in touch with us. Whether you prefer to call, text, email, message us on social media or fill out our inquiry form, we make it easy for you to reach out and request a dumpster. We highly recommend sending us a text message as it allows us to respond to you quickly and at any time.

Our pricing is transparent and straightforward, we offer a flat rate that includes 1 ton of dump fees as well as the drop off, pick up, and all other standard fees that other companies may charge separately. However, if the dumpster goes over 1 ton, additional charges will apply and will be billed to the customer accordingly. Additionally, there are certain items that may require additional fees for disposal, and in such cases, the cost will be passed on to the customer. Provide needed information

Typically after you contact us we will send you a text message asking for the following information.

Full name

Email Address

Address

Size of dumpster (15 or 20)

Duration of rental (1 to 7 days)

This minimizes mistakes by being able to copy and paste the information you send us right into the paperwork. Once we have all the information we need we can send you over the necessary paperwork to be completed.


Fill out paperwork

We will send the necessary paperwork via email. It will be 3 separate things we need to have completed. 1 will be a dumpster agreement via docusign. This will give you a list of things that cannot be in the dumpster, things that cost additional such as a refrigerator, things that need their own rental like a roof or some other information. Next will be a contract through square to hold a credit card on file through them. This is for if there are weight overages (over 1 ton), prohibited items in the dumpster, or if items loaded in the dumpster have extra fees and or charges to dump. Then lastly the invoice. Once this paperwork is completed that will reserve your rental. It is first come first serve so if someone else is interested in the dumpster and we have no received all of the paperwork from you we may ask if you are still interested and give you a time to have it completed by.



Wait for dumpster delivery day

Once all the paperwork is completed this reserves your dumpster. We will get the dumpster out to you as early as we can that day. If you would like we can put boards down under the dumpster for added protection. For our roll offs we need about 60 feet of straight back space to drop the dumpster off. You do not need to be home for delivery as long as you do not need it in a specific spot. We will do our best to accommodate you. We will do our best to be able to have the door open as well but this is not always possible.


Fill up dumpster

After we drop off the dumpster you fill it up with what is allowed in the dumpster. If you get done with your dumpster early we can try to pick it up and get it out of your way.



We pick it up on agreed upon day

If we do not hear from you about an early pick up we will be there on the day listed on the invoice and agreement. We do our best not to come any earlier than it was dropped off but this is not always possible with scheduling. You do not need to be there for when we pick up the dumpster, just make sure it is unobstructed for us to be able to pick it up.
